Israel-Hamas Crisis: Thousands Dead
On October 7, the Hamas terrorist group launched an attack of unprecedented scale on Israel from the Gaza Strip, killing over 700 people in one day. The coordinated, low-tech yet lethal incursion even took Israel’s famed Iron Dome by surprise. The Jewish state immediately declared war, and the decades-old conflict with the Palestinians took a turn for the worse.

“Every Hamas member is a dead man,” vowed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu seeking to avenge the weekend attack. Israeli bombing has killed over 1,100 Palestinians so far.

The international community, including India, has condemned the brutality and appealed for the safety of civilians, they are also trying to secure the safety of their nationals in the conflict region.
